Saturday 8th February 2020 8:00pm – Kingsdon Village Hall

Inspired by Victor Hugo’s classic novel “Les Miserables”, legendary French actress Gloria Delaneuf has created a life-changing piece of radical theatre – a call to arms. She has dreamed a dream, and her hapless assistant Josephine has promised to build a barricade.

Expect a master class in resistance – French style.

“Catch them now before they’re selling out the Albert Hall!” Mel Giedroyc (Melanie Giedroyc is an English television presenter, comedian and actress).

“I have never seen a piece of theatre three times and still cried my eyes out with laughter…until now.” Audience member

“Riotous slapstick and immaculate comic timing.” The Stage

Les Gloriables is a riotously silly physical comedy show created by French/English female duo Spitz & Co. Supported by Arts Council England, Strike a Light (Gloucester), Hawkwood College (Stroud), WithoutWalls, and Seachange Arts.

Suitable for audiences 14 years plus.
